Essential Duties
- The Lead Technology Engineer position is responsible for Physics, Animation, Audio and platform level systems like memory management/tracking, File I/O, and many other support technologies used by the Tools, Gameplay and Graphics teams.
- Lead software design process.
- Mentor team members to constantly grow the efficiency of the technology team.
- Assign programming modules and tasks to team members.
- Responsible for coordinating with VP to understand goals of the team.
- Coordinate with other Leads, Managers, and Directors to understand evolving needs of larger team.
- Develop programming schedules and participate in estimating timelines and goals for milestone planning.
- Complete performance evaluations and bonus reviews for direct reports.
- Make recommendations for promotions for individuals in group.
- No Supervision experience or travel required.

Summary Of Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related.
- 10-years’ experience in video game technology or related.
- Requires skills and experience to involve: physics, animation, audio and platform level systems; working with a custom in house engine; organization, analytical and problem-solving; 3D math and system level technologies; software engineering methodologies; strong industrial experience in programming languages, such as C/C++ and C#; and project management.
