SUMMARY

Reflector is looking for a Head of Talent & Culture to work in close relation with the company's CEO and the management team. The Head of Talent & Culture will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing HR strategies and policies in connection with the company's ambitious projects. He/she will be assisted by a team composed of several Talent & Culture Specialists, a Recruiter, a Pay & Benefits Specialist and an Office Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate HR activities and operations (reception and integration, performance management, etc.), promotions, skills development, management of the remuneration and benefits policy , supervision of the payroll process, setting and monitoring of payroll indicators, and HR performance, all with a strong proximity to the operational teams;
  • Lead the HR/Corporate Services team by ensuring that they have a clear vision of priorities and department's orientations and team development goals;
  • Work in partnership with HR teams in Europe to share practices and participate in joint initiatives;
  • Propose, formalize and implement internal communications to promote the company's policies to the team;
  • Accompany managers in the development and implementation of various programs;
  • and HR strategies that promote employee motivation, engagement and performance;
  • Identify training needs, proposing and implementing training programs on an annual basis and implementing programs that provide for the continuous development of the team's skills;
  • Participate in the development of HR marketing activities;
  • Ensure responsibility for the hiring process by assisting in the adaptation of the level of resources;
  • Develop best practices to stay ahead of changes in HR management, including recruitment;
  • Advise in the implementation as well as respect various regulations, laws, and internal HR policies;
  • Participate in the organization of the company's social activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial relations or any other relevant field;
  • Minimum of 15 years experience in human resources, including 3 to 5 years in a leadership role with team management;
  • Experience working in human resources in a competitive environment related to technology and creation, ideally a video game studio;
  • Understanding of the specificities of the SME/startup model and a context where the attraction of talent and retention are central to delivering objectives;
  • Proven track record in creating a strong collaborative culture experience;
  • Rigorous, curious and versatile;
  • Result-oriented;
  • Sense of innovation;
  • Flexible;
  • Excellent listening skills;
  • Experience working in an international environment, an asset;
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills required.
