Job Responsibilities :

As our SEO Specialist, you are responsible for driving web traffic, keyword rankings, and organic conversions for Razer.com. You possess a solid understand of Search Engines and of all aspects of SEO including keyword research, copywriting, and technical SEO (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML sitemaps, robot.txt, 301 redirects, web server function and common server error codes).

You are self-driven, detail oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies for the improvement of organic traffic, search ranking and the maximization of ROI
  • Analytical skills to track, report, and analyse website traffic based on google analytics and google trends
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation research and implementation of search engine optimisation recommendations
  • Work with development team to ensure SEO best practises are implemented on newly developed code and web pages
  • Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation
  • Collaborate with product teams to optimize copy for key landing pages
  • Monitor website regularly for crawling and indexing issues & work with the technical team to resolve the issues
  • Provide insightful analyses and commentary addressing KPI trends and progress and actionable recommendations aimed at addressing gaps in performance
  • Able to explain and educate SEO best practices to internal stakeholders for site navigation, breadcrumbing, internal links (including anchor text optimisation), HTML sitemaps, domain, sub-domain and directory structure to website

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 yearsโ€™ experience in SEO, preferably with a combination of agency and in-house experience
  • Experience in using SEO tools such as Moz, AHREFS, BrightEdge, SimilarWeb and SEMrush
  • Has expert knowledge in search engine Spider, Crawl and Indexing processes
  • A good understanding of the importance of XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, status code errors fix
  • Familiar with Google Analytics and Google Search Console metrics
  • In-depth experience using website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Familiarity with JIRA and project management programs
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript for development and constraints
  • Possess strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
