Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and executing retail marketing strategies to meet quarterly and yearly company objectives
  • Evaluate consumer research, market conditions, competitor data, input from internal sales groups and retail partners to generate and execute retail marketing strategies and tactics to drive product sell-through and brand growth in the respective channels.
  • Responsible for managing all retail-focused marketing strategy and execution of company products and services
  • Develop and execute annual Retail Marketing plan in conjunction with the Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Sales departments. This plan should be designed to drive sell-through by aligning with the yearly marketing concept calendar and setting goals to meet product and company objectives.
  • Demonstrate technical and creative marketing skills to build and maintain healthy relationships with key retail partners through strategic alignment of brand and retail.
  • Proactively align and work with Retailers, Sales, eSports Marketing, Music and lifestyle Marketing and others to create success-driven retail programs, promotions, events and messaging.
  • Proactively develop strategies and programs designed to tell the Razer brand story at retail Manage implementation of visual merchandising tools and POP assets at point of sale
  • Manage implementation of digital marketing tools within retailer’s online business portals
  • Manage implementation and activation of creative consumer and retailer contests, promotions, events and activation to drive positive brand and product experiences
  • Participate in Product Category driven market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products
  • Feed consumer and retailer insight into Music, eSports and other Marketing categories
  • Analyze and advise Product Category team on potential strategic partner relationships for product lines Budget management. Plan and monitor financials to deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
  • Evaluate the ROI of Retails Marketing activations and initiatives

Pre-Requisites

  • Approximately 4-6 years of marketing experience preferably in the gaming/ tech or retail industry.
  • Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
  • A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
