At PUBG Amsterdam, our people are our most important resource. We are currently looking for a Merchandise and Licensing Manager to join EMEA Content Team. We are looking for an individual who has passion and proven track record for managing licensees and developing new licensing deals in Gaming or Entertainment industry.

The role is to manage EMEA and Global licensing deals that are already set in place with the Merch and Regional teams, in addition to maximizing income derived from merchandise and licensing opportunities. Future opportunities may be developed with networking as well as reviewed with the PMO team and will require clear business plan for the stake holders to review.

In the Merchandise and Licensing Manager role, you will:

  • Leading negotiation of contracts and collection of revenue and commission
  • Increase exposure of the brand through a variety of methods, including identifying new and managing existing licensee partners
  • Take responsibility for a newly developed shop and work on increasing the interest in current merchandise to gather internal/external feedback
  • Actively manage and motivate licensees to execute against licensing program, retail development plans, and franchise goals
  • Collaborate across internal teams to ensure quality, brand consistency, and product execution
  • Fiscal responsibility to include quarterly revenue forecasting and budget management
  • Attend trade fairs and exhibitions to further develop relationships, client engagement and brand exposure with the Merch Team
  • Other duties that may be assigned by the company and that would enter the scope of the employee's qualifications

Our Ideal Merchandise and Licensing Manager will have:

  • Degree in Business Development, Marketing or Accountancy
  • Experience in Brand Licensing, merchandising or managing commercial relationships
  • Some understanding of the legislations relating to branding and business planning
  • Ability to communicate effectively with your team, customers and suppliers
  • A creative eye and the ability to see the larger commercial opportunity
  • Ability to collaborate and influence cross functional teams (such as development, creative, marketing, legal, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently
  • Ability to evaluate and identify best-in-class licensees and partners
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiar with PUBG
  • Experience within an international environment
  • Passionate gamer who understands games
  • Multilingual
