Job Requirement:

  • Minimum (2) two years of working experience (preferably in client servicing)
  • Individual with Esports marketing background is encouraged to apply but not compulsory.
  • Recognized diploma/degree in marketing, mass communication, digital, business studies or any other related fields,
  • Proffiency in Microsoft Office is required (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, etc)
  • Innovative problem-solving skills ; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
  • Team player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform KPIs
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Excellent command of English, the ability to converse fluently in the other language (Chinese) will be an added advantage
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
  • A track record of excelling with little supervision
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in high-stress, time-sensitive environments
  • The desire for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Job Description:

  • Mainly in charge of Esports projects with AESF (Asian Electronic Sports Federation) by handling day to day operations including communicating with member associations and planning, organising and executing series Esports events
  • Assist in AESF’s social media channel (IG & Facebook and website) management
  • Interface directly with clients to develop Esports business interests, assist Partnership Manager to establish client goals, define project scopes, and KPIs
  • Assist in Business Development - procuring sales leads through active business networking, meetings, conferences, and industry events
  • Act as a PIC for vendor/suppliers communication - production, marketing, creative, data and other internal groups across our Esports projects
  • Conduct client, industry, market and consumer research and intelligence
  • Be highly collaborative and solutions-oriented, growth mindset, and able to adapt to and thrive in organizational change and rapid growth
  • Assist Partnership Manager to execute projects on schedule, on budget while tracking time, invoices and other related details
  • Understand diverse gaming communities and maintain deep knowledge of influencers, player-base, developer, and competitive ecosystem of assigned game IPs
  • Create client proposals, pre & post event reports, budgets, schedules, strategy, and all other Esports proposal components
  • Demonstrate independence, ability to spearhead initiatives, strong communication and writing skills, and comfort with extemporaneous speaking
  • Other tasks as assigned
