Executive Search Contract to Permanent Role

We are currently seeking a highly experienced professional who can provide executive search services to our internal key stakeholders. After a successful probationary period, demonstrating the requirements of the role, the contractor can be converted to a full-time employment status.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage executive search from strategy creation to offer and negotiation, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
Can effectively strategize and execute against a confidential search request, maintaining discretion while also attracting and engaging the right talent.
Work collaboratively and prioritize inclusiveness in all daily activities.
Partner with key stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives and specific requirements for executive roles across the organization.
Develop and execute targeted search strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent, utilizing market intelligence and competitive data.
Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including in-depth interviews and evaluations of skills, experience, and cultural fit, while exhibiting a strong executive presence.
Construct market/talent maps when needed to visually articulate information about the labor market, a specific role, talent pools, competitors, and passive talent, or to identify market trends.
Identify and integrate data sets and leverage outcomes to communicate supply/demand and search strategy.
Build and maintain a strong network of HR professionals and industry contacts to source potential candidates and stay informed about market trends.
Provide expert guidance and advice to clients throughout the recruitment process, including candidate presentation, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality service and exceptional client and candidate satisfaction.
Enhance search operations process and drive improvements to candidate experience.
Stay current with industry developments and best practices in executive search and human resources.
Quickly synthesize information across various business functions within the organization or within a business vertical to understand the broad array of role scopes and candidate profiles.
Value strong and direct communication styles, and exhibit the ability to receive and respond professionally to feedback.
Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience with a focus on executive level candidate generation in a complex and competitive market
5+ years proven ability advising and influencing executive leadership
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Executive recruiting experience in either a blue-chip, global in-house executive search team, or a top executive search firm
Well-established network of C-suite and senior-level professionals.
Demonstrate a history of filling executive roles.
Deep knowledge of talent acquisition functions, trends, and best practices.
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and address clients' strategic objectives.
Excellent client management skills.
Ability to stay organized and focused while managing fast-paced timelines.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates at the senior executive level.
Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple search engagements simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Deep understanding of executive compensation, annual vested equity, and target equity and the differences between them creating a clear picture of walkway value.
Ability to problem solve and demonstrate strong analytical thinking process.

At SIE, working with our partners, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the individual base pay range may vary based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

This is a flexible role that can be remote, with varying pay ranges based on geographic location. For example, if you are based out of Seattle, the estimated base pay range for this role is listed below, this is an hourly rate.
$80 - $110 USD
