Team, about the role

We are currently looking for a Junior Communications Manager to join our Communications team. In this role, you will work closely with a Content Producer, focusing primarily on the company’s internal communications while also supporting selected external tasks of the team. This position offers the opportunity for a gradual expansion of responsibilities within the function.

Tasks

Support internal and external communications: monitoring and publishing content on social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), as well as contributing to media plan execution.
Content support: preparing and adapting texts for publication based on existing materials, maintaining and updating the video content archive.
Operational support of communication projects: tracking deadlines and task statuses, coordinating content and production preparations.
Brand reputation support on external platforms: monitoring reviews and mentions, participating in media monitoring processes.
Collaboration with journalists, partners, and speakers: handling incoming requests and ongoing communications.
Event support: assisting in the preparation of conferences and other activities (content, booths, speakers when needed).
Communications analytics: analyzing audience engagement and content performance.

Requirements

Experience in communications or marketing in entry-level roles, including assistant positions in agencies or in-house teams.
Strong motivation to grow professionally in the field of communications.
Strong written English skills with the ability to work confidently with texts and understand their meaning.
Experience working with texts in both Russian and English: preparing, editing, and adapting content for different formats and channels.
Willingness to work with operational tasks, documents, and payment-related processes.
