Who we are looking for

• English proficiency at a fluent or native level.
• You have at least two years of experience in back-end engineering or a related role.
• Working experience with the Rust language.
• You are familiar with working remotely in a distributed organization across multiple time zones.
• You consider yourself a self-starter, able to pick up tasks without express direction, and take a pro-active approach to your work in general.
• You are passionate about gaming – this one goes without saying.
• It is a benefit if you have pre-existing knowledge and experience with blockchain technology.
