Parallax Gaming LLC is looking to add to its growing staff and community.

Currently Parallax Gaming is looking for a CONTENT MANAGER with a broad base of skills and knowledge.

About Us:

Parallax Gaming started off as a small YouTube channel with a duo of World of Warcraft content creators. Since then we have grown out of being a solo You-Tube based duo and evolved into becoming a global name in various esports titles. Although sticking to our roots and producing amazing WoW content that has averaged nearly 50k+ views a video, we have broadened our reach onto Twitter, Instagram and Discord. We've been fortunate enough to pick up various Pro League teams and a generous host of Content Creators. Our scope of reach has broadened substantially in 2020 and we're deepening our infrastructure to best support our trajectory.

Expectations

Our current staff has run the community and organization off of pure determination and love for the esports scene and all of us are proud to call Parallax home. This is of utmost importance that our staff members are motivated to produce quality outcomes no matter the situation. Our staff is highly competitive and we all expect each other to perform our given job at the best of our abilities. Our roles are all somehow connected to each other and one person not performing will affect our entire staff and the performance of our company.

The ideal Content Manager has experience with streaming, is able to host interviews with potential creators, is able to host a weekly content creator meeting, will meet one on one with our creators, and can regularly implement new PG and individualistic creator brand building initiatives.

Requirements

  • A deep understanding of the streaming and content creation space, including well-known content platforms
  • Proven track record of successful creator growth
  • Respectful, empathetic, and patient attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company

Bonus

  • Previous esports experience
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Fluent in Portuguese
  • References from previous work experience

Tasks

  • Attend each weekly all staff meeting per month
  • Meet with the General Manager at least once a week to provide an update on the current progress of your department
  • Attend and host at least 3 of the 4 weekly content creator meetings per month
  • Schedule and host at least 8 one-on-one meetings with our content creators to strategize growth, take detailed notes, and provide those to the GM, per month
  • Regularly strategize content team initiatives

BE CREATIVE! Think outside of the box! We need new ideas for events to gain traction within our community and bring new faces to the brand.
