Responsibilities

  • Develop and evaluate the effectiveness of a wide range of digital campaigns, including web, social, mobile, email, and media
  • Establish an “always on” optimization and management process for all digital advertising campaigns
  • Manage ad budgets, A/B testing, keyword research, and conversion optimization
  • Analyze campaign data and collaborate with the team to ensure that future campaigns are designed with the past learnings and insights in mind
  • Collaborate with ONE marketing and content teams to align digital advertising campaigns with other ongoing initiatives
  • Ensure implementation of best practice guidelines and follow company processes

Requirements

  • A cover letter attached with your resume
  • Minimum 3 years of Google Ads account management experience required
  • Minimum 2 years of Digital Agency experience required
  • Google Ads Certification required
  • Google Analytics experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Retargeting/Remarketing, Display, and Rich Media/Video Advertising
  • Knowledge of SEO, online search mediums and social media and an understanding of how these channels work together with advertising is a plus
  • Have a passion for video games and esports
  • Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail
  • Must be a team player that is also comfortable working independently
