DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Coordinates employee development program training and procedure documentation, and monitors process improvements
Coordinates and assists with editing/publishing of documentation
Coordinates and administers the employee development program
Coordinates, delivers, and evaluates training classes
Publishes and administers e-learning courses through SharePoint and/or Learning Management System
Administers continuous improvement initiatives by gathering metrics, scheduling kaizen events, and collecting meeting notes
Coordinates departments in delivery, evaluation, and maintenance of on-the-job training program
Routinely conducts and reports on Packaging and Distribution Center procedures against documentation
Participates in Safety Committee to support training and safety initiatives
Administers courses and employee learning and development through the learning management system
Partners with subject matter experts in delivering training materials to third party logistic companies
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
One to three years' related experience
Knowledge of NOA automated packaging and distribution center
Excellent understanding of Packaging & Distribution Center training requirements
Excellent PC skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel preferred)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Good decision-making skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
Ability to maintain training materials
Knowledge of IBM iSeries and Oracle Applications
Strong understanding of Lean, PDCA, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement systems
Flexibility to work various shifts
High school diploma or equivalent. AA in Business, or equivalent, preferred

This position is onsite in North Bend, WA, and not open to remote status at this time.
