Tasks

  • Creating segments for the User Engagement Management team using the global Data Warehouse (Google BigQuery)

  • Interacting with Salesforce Marketing Cloud using in-house application and its frontend

  • Professional communication with the stakeholders to verify and clarify their needs

  • Ensuring the quality of the data delivered

  • Using the ticket system for documentation and communication

Requirements

  • Current full-time studies in the field of IT, business informatics or similar

  • Basic understanding of Database Systems

  • First practical experience in using SQL language

  • Basic experience with Google Cloud Platform and/or SalesForce Marketing Cloud is a plus

  • (Very) Good English language skills

  • Another European language is a plus

  • Structured working manner and pro-active approach to work

  • Good communication skills
