DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
The Strategic Recruiting Programs team plays an integral role in connecting the business to talent via internships and strategic sourcing programs which include diversity recruiting efforts. We are looking for a Contract - Sourcing Recruiters to focus on our diversity and strategic sourcing programs to proactively identify and recruit top talent for current and future business-critical roles at Nintendo.
Develop deep understanding of Nintendo's talent segments to build a pipeline of qualified talent to fill current and future hiring needs via proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
Support and execute on strategic recruiting programs and diversity recruiting events
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers in creating sourcing strategies for priority roles
Source, assess and deliver pipeline of top talent to hiring teams
May require limited travel to talent networking and recruiting events
SUMMARY OR REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience sourcing and/or full cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment).
2+ years of experience recruiting passive candidates for technical roles
Knowledgeable in sourcing tools, social media, emerging technologies, and techniques utilized for identifying highly qualified talent to drive results
Have curiosity and strong market research skills with the ability to create customized value proposition to attract and connect with talent
Strong organization and communication skills
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
Strong analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale workflow
Undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent
