Tasks
Managing the demand of consumers, Nintendo of Europe entities, Nintendo Japan, Nintendo of America and outsourced service providers
Preparing training documents for Nintendo of Europe ́s Consumer Service and training of internal & external partners
Maintaining user rights and licenses
Coordinating and adapting business with service providers
Analysing the usage (click rates) of support pages and supporting the improvement with the Content Team
Invoice controlling, productivity monitoring, contract handling and negotiation
KPI analysis and forecasting
Requirements
University degree in a related field and / or several years of experience in Operation Control or Consumer Service
Very good English language skills, other language skills would be a plus
Very good MS Office skills and good CRM software skills
In-depth knowledge of Nintendo products and services as well as the gaming industry in general
Service oriented and solution oriented approach to work
Ability to easily adapt to changes and strive for results
Strong analytical thinking
Excellent communication skills
