DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

  • Coordinates campaign tactics (interviews, events, etc.) from start to finish, including working with external agencies on tactical execution, internal routing and reviews, and reporting metrics
  • Coordinates communication within the department and liaises with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of information and materials required for a successful campaign/product launch
  • Participates in team brainstorms for developing PR tactics for priority hardware and software campaigns
  • Routes press releases, contracts, and other materials, as appropriate
  • Evaluates team processes and tools for efficiency on an ongoing basis
  • Assists with project management, communications, and event support
  • Assists in tracking billing and internal/agency budgets
  • Orders and tracks product inventory; handles outgoing shipping
  • Stays up-to-date on industry trends, news, and issues; shares perspective and recommendations with team
  • Assists in tracking and reporting support for PR campaigns and activities
  • Coordinates meetings across multiple levels and maintains department schedules
  • Assists with coordinating travel arrangements
  • Other duties as assigned

SUMMARY OR REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of two to three years project coordinator or administrative experience
  • Proficient PC skills (MS Office required, familiarity with MS Teams)
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop highly preferred
  • Familiarity with SharePoint highly preferred
  • Knowledge of video game industry; passion for video games and entertainment preferred
  • Knowledge of social media platforms highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in PR, marketing, journalism, communications, a related area of study, or equivalent experience.
