DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Provides strategy related to teams performance and defines resources needed to achieve a high level of success.
Establishes teams goals in alignment with department and company goals, including establishing milestones, measuring progress, and communicating goals and progress with teams and management.
Provides guidance and training to teams members, including modeling leadership, teamwork, professionalism, and communication to deliver results and accomplish projects.
Develops, maintains, and leverages internal and external relationships to meet business goals.
Analyzes reports and provides insights on accounts by partnering with business analyst to identify KPIs of operational business through ad-hoc.
Schedules reporting on performance, value, and trends.
Maintains a fluent knowledgebase across all Product Planning business operations, providing cross-team support as-needed and ensuring process and project collaboration.
Manages continuous process improvement activities to optimize systems and processes, increase productivity and throughput.
Manages and supports new program and system deployments through process optimization, policy creation, and resources in collaboration with global partners.
Works with global technical and functional teams to ensure alignment with production and scheduling of content release.
Has in depth knowledge and can facilitate incident resolution for business tools/systems used by publishers, developers and PDR (Nintendo
Content Management System (NCMS), Item Management System (IMAS), Online-title Management System (OMAS), Nintendo Developer Portal (NDP), Nintendo Publisher Tool (NPT), etc.).
Initiates and leads continuous improvement and value-add initiatives, independently or through cross-functional teams, and provides analysis and recommendations to PDR management.
Works with global Licensing, Legal and Finance teams for discussions related to global onboarding, publisher agreements and payments.
Manages onboarding process to ensure all developer/publisher accounts are in good standing
Reports on developer/publisher account status to PDR management.
Prepares business workflow reviews for PDR management regarding progress and roadblocks.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
Seven (7) or more years of related experience
One to two years of supervisory experience
Tax, accounts payable, agreement/contract, e-commerce concepts knowledge and direct business experience with these concepts and terminologies.
Strong project management experience
Working knowledge of relevant systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrate leadership potential
Bilingual English/Japanese required.
Undergraduate degree in business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid passport may be required
This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes a base salary range of $133,150 - $199,726 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
