DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Acts as a sponsor and business owner for a specific set of technologies or tools to drive changes requested by business partners.

  • Collaborates, and provides support to the business for the successful implementation and integration of the tools into agent and customer systems and experiences

  • Works with business partners to elicit requirements and captures business needs

  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to recommend systems solutions that support overall business strategies

  • Clearly articulates and documents business requirements and system specifications including reviewing Technical Design documents against functional requirements

  • Assesses the risks of various solutions and provide subject matter expertise to help management assess the risk and prioritize competing business demands

  • Participates in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate systems designs and validates proposed solutions against business requirements

  • Collaborates with architecture and development teams to research solution interdependencies

  • Review UI and UX proposals to ensure functional usability against business requirements and system limitations

  • Assumes responsibility for assigned project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion

  • Monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, recommending actions

  • Acts as a liaison to the knowledge and training teams to ensure up to date documentation and procedures

  • Assists QA with problem solving, analysis and prioritization and of defects

  • Coordinates with business constituents to determine overall application controls, application security requirements and documents those controls/requirements

  • Participates in implementation and upgrade projects for assigned systems

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience in various software development technologies, patterns and practices.

  • Professional experience in business analysis using professional concepts to meet company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.

  • Experience with work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

  • Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies

  • Ability to manage medium to high complexity projects using standard Project Management principles.

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience

This position includes a base salary range of $67,374 - $101,062 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
