We are looking for a talented Sound Engineer eager to work on upcoming AAA titles alongside a team of top developers in the region.
As a Sound Engineer, you will work closely with the development team to craft and implement all kinds of sound effects, contributing to bringing the creative vision of the game to life in VR. You will take responsibility for driving audio quality throughout, with involvement in every aspect of audio development from conception to final mix.

Responsibilities:
Work to propose and implement the audio direction for the game, in accordance with the game’s creative vision.
Design and implement innovative, AAA-standard original sounds according to specifications, using a range of sound design methods and techniques.
Field record new sounds as needed.
Work with programmers and designers to explore, design, optimize and implement audio game systems, processes and features.
Work closely with the development team to extend audio workflows and pipelines.
Interface with producers, leads, and team members to coordinate audio needs and asset lists.
Participate in quality reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback.
Advocate for audio and champion quality throughout the development process.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of professional sound design and implementation experience focused on high-quality games or other interactive experiences.
Recording skills for SFX and Foley.
Experience implementing sound into games using game development tools.
Experience working with middleware such as WWise or Fmod.
Familiarity with spatial audio solutions such as Oculus Audio and Steam Audio.
Experience with version control systems on large teams (Perforce, Git, etc.)
Experienced in technical documentation (UML, use cases, technical requirements).
Ability to take and act on feedback and direction.
Ability to communicate in English.
Bonus:
Full cycle work experience as a Sound Engineer on shipped games.
Knowledge in programming and/or scripting in C++.
Experience working with Unreal Engine, Unity or other 3D game engines.
Experience developing Virtual Reality projects.
Knowledge of multi-threading.
