Niantic is a leading Augmented Reality company that inspires people to explore the world together - and we are seeking a Creative Production Manager, User Acquisition to build our advertising creative pipeline and lead all aspects of the UA creative process from concept to completion, ensuring that our ads meet brand guidelines and quality standards. You will also be responsible for collaborating with artists, agencies, and other creative professionals to develop impactful creative concepts. Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to design and produce creative assets for user acquisition campaigns, including but not limited to videos, banners, AR, and the latest digital advertising trends.
Lead the creative production process, from ideation to final delivery, ensuring all assets are optimized for performance and align with our brand.
Analyze campaign performance data to understand the effectiveness of different creative assets and use these insights to guide future creative strategies.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with artists, agencies, and other creative partners, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality assets.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in mobile gaming and digital advertising to ensure our creative assets are innovative and competitive.
Work closely with the marketing team to understand user acquisition goals and develop creative strategies that align with these objectives.
Provide feedback and guidance to creative teams to continuously improve the quality and performance of assets.
Manage budgets and timelines for creative projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to deadlines.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders, including regular and reliable attendance and participation in meetings.
Required in-office 2 days on Wednesday and Thursday.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in a creative production or creative development role, ideally in the mobile gaming or digital advertising industries.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Strong understanding of user acquisition strategies and how creative assets drive performance in mobile gaming.
Proven track record of managing creative projects from conception to completion and experience using project management software such as JIRA and Asana.
Experience working with third party IP, operating within strict brand standards, and navigating brand feedback and approval processes.
Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to work effectively with artists, agencies, and internal teams.
Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to creative decision-making.
Proficieny in creative software and tools relevant to asset production (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Passion for mobile gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming audience.
Plus if you have a strong familiarity and knowledge of the Pokémon and Pokémon GO brands.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment and handle stress appropriately and/or ability to solve practical problems and be sufficiently adaptable to handle dynamic situations with little advance notice.
Experience working on cross-functional teams with ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communications, including synchronous interactions with others.
The total compensation package for this position includes a new hire offer base salary range of $128,000 - $151,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
Individual pay within this salary range is determined by work location and additional factors, including assessed job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
