We're looking for a Content Moderator to help protect and maintain a vibrant youth community for one of the world's most iconic, imagination-driven brands.
You won't just be watching feeds — you'll be the reason millions of young fans have a great experience online.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Monitoring activity — Keeping a close eye on comments, messages, mentions, and posts to ensure the community stays active, on-topic, and welcoming
- Enforcing guidelines — Applying community standards by removing inappropriate, offensive, or spam content before it impacts the experience
- Escalating issues — Flagging sensitive concerns, complaints, or potential crises so the right teams can respond quickly
- Gathering insights — Spotting trends, recurring questions, and common pain points that help make the community even better
What You'll Need:
- Dedicated laptop or desktop running Windows 11 or above
- Stable broadband internet connection of 25 Mbps or faster
- 8 GB RAM or better
- Willingness to install ModSquad security software on your computer and mobile phone
- Ability to pass a background check and identity verification

🕐 Schedule: 24/7 availability (shift-based)
⏱️ Weekly Hours: 20 hrs/week
