Position Summary

We are looking for an Account Manager to collaborate closely with the Sales team and operate as a post-sale point of contact and to scale existing accounts. The ideal candidate will build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact. This position reports to the Director of Account Management and is located in Midtown Manhattan, close to Penn Station and Port Authority.

Responsibilities

  • Set digital strategies for assigned clients, considering their specific requirements [reporting, weekly calls, campaign KPIs]
  • Report on and demonstrate strong analytical skills on performance metrics [campaign and postback install event reporting]
  • Support sales team in RFP responses and building presentation decks
  • Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
  • Manage pre and post sales processes with Sales Director, Client and Director of Account Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact post sale for advertisers
  • Manage reporting and discrepancy management between 1st and 3rd party reporting
  • Act as a bridge between Sales, Business Intelligence, Engineering and Product

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google products [Excel, Word, Shared Docs, etc.]
