What We Do

Working alongside our cross functional teams you will help formulate the global marketing strategy and translate it into world class activations that support our acquisition, engagement, and retention goals on mobile platforms.

What You'll Do

We're looking for a Mobile Marketing Manager to build and execute global marketing campaigns that excite and delight players around the world! You will be leading the planning and execution of marketing plans for Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout, our original IP that is player and loved by millions.

In This Role You Will

  • Contribute to the global marketing strategy for Fall Guys and lead mobile marketing planning and execution for the game.
  • Help define the game vision, brand identity, product positioning and target player segments in collaboration with Studio and Brand teams.
  • Manage a marketing budget, strategy, and tactics to ensure KPI goals are met or exceeded in collaboration with our Product Management & Digital Marketing teams.
  • Be a source of inspiration and innovation for how Fall Guys can make the leap to mobile, including new KPIs, new marketing tactics, and geographic areas of interest.
  • Develop and nurture the cross functional and international publishing functions through strong project management and communication skills.
  • Drive actionable insights in partnership with the Paid Media team that can be shared across all of Epic Games, especially around creative testing and iteration on performance marketing programs.
  • Develop and iterate on how Fall Guys can be a leader in Player Relationship Management, in conjunction with our Community team.
  • Develop and present detailed marketing plans, inclusive of global marketing priorities and trends.
  • Serve as the internal evangelist for what would make extraordinary mobile marketing come to life, ensuring that the vision and strategy is translated across all campaigns.
  • Consistently analyse and track performance of mobile Marketing campaigns with clear KPI’s and regularly reporting back to the business.

What We're Looking For

  • A demonstrated track record of building and executing successful mobile marketing campaigns for products that operate on a global scale.
  • An analytical mind that is comfortable with data, but is able to make and defend decisions without having all the desired data inputs.
  • Experience using Google Play Console & App Store Connect.
  • You’re user-focused, passionate, scrappy, solutions-focused, and innovative. These traits equal success at Epic and influence everything we do.
