We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative 3D Marketing Artist to create outstanding promotional materials for our Peaky Blinders: The King’s Ransom campaign.

A degree-level education and video games industry experience is preferred, but not essential if you have an outstanding portfolio demonstrating high-end renders of 3D assets. Any graphic design, motion graphics and video editing experience and/or experience in producing promotional 2D and 3D artwork in various styles suitable for games would be an advantage.

Ideally you will work remotely, with one day a week working in our central London office.

EXPERIENCE:

  • You are able to collaborate productively with the art and marketing teams to deliver high quality assets that complement established brand identity and art direction.
  • You can create high-quality renders using existing game environments and characters for use in promotional materials, including store, social and paid media assets.
  • You have good communication skills and can share ideas and issues clearly across departments.
  • You are able to work to a brief, can manage your own time well and are able to work closely with other disciplines to prioritise your tasks.
  • You’re creative, proactive and always keen to learn and improve your skills

SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of Maya (or similar industry-standard 3D package) with experience posing and lighting scenes to create high-end renders of characters, environments and props.
  • Knowledge of render pipelines, including the use of stand-alone rendering tools.
  • Experience using Unity to create and capture high-quality trailer footage and screenshots.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of graphic/visual/stylistic trends and best practice.
  • Excellent initiative, self-motivation, organisational and problem-solving skills, as well as team-working and the ability to follow direction and work to a brief.
  • A genuine passion for games.
  • Some knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends would be an advantage.
