Campaign management

Campaign Managers are responsible for talent development, partner management and brand integrations. The ideal candidate would have a passion for and knowledge of YouTube, Social Media, streaming, digital entertainment and the world of social media influencers. The candidate would also have a proven track record of channel management experience, brand/media agency experience or influencer marketing to support and fulfill the strategic objectives of a highly cross-functional organization. Ideal candidates will be passionate about their work, comfortable with being responsive to creators on their schedule and ready to be in constant communication with Talent.

The role will be focused on managing and supporting a roster of creators under management, and supporting their growth and success by ensuring successful execution of Brand Partnerships. Your day will be spent communicating and working with talent to ensure they stay on track and meet brand deadlines, and ensuring we are getting their channels in front of all appropriate partnership opportunities that come to the company and developing lasting relationships with your roster.

Overall Responsibilities

  • Manage a roster of our top YouTube talent in a variety of categories acting as point of contact – ensuring questions are answered in a timely manner and ensuring we’re acting in a Creator First manner to support our talent

  • Develop deep relationships with your individual roster ensuring your Talent are receiving the opportunities needed to develop and fund their content

  • Provide world-class creator customer support, channel growth and optimization services, strategic plans content analysis and reporting.

  • Promote MANA in the industry and create an inviting environment for new talent either through expanding personal networks or partnering with new creators in the genres you focus on

  • Recommend and suggest talent pairings with brand campaigns and talent collaborations

  • Facilitate the talent onboarding process from lead to partnered creator, ensuring they are set up properly for payments, put into internal tracking systems and shared docs. Optimization and circulated for additional opportunities.

  • Send and receive video feedback for ad drafts from creators to brands

  • Update management on expected posting and draft dates for creators, flagging any potential risks

  • Communicate with talent on new unique opportunities and building relationships

  • Brand Lists in brand channel per request

  • Confirm and negotiate contracted rates with talent and brand manager to help ensure deals are closed

  • Call and speak with Exclusive Talent monthly to review upcoming schedule and identify improved partnership areas


  • Min. of 1 year experience within the Influencer Marketing industry

  • Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies

  • In-depth knowledge of social media marketing industry

  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills

  • Well organized with great time management skills

  • Outstanding project management skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
