About LVP:

LVP (Liga de Videojuegos Profesional) is the biggest esports organization in the Spanish-speaking market and one of the biggest esports organizers in the world. With offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Buenos Aires, Bogotá and Mexico, LVP has a presence in more than 30 countries. It organizes the most prestigious national competitions (like Superliga in Spain or Liga Master Flow in Argentina) and big international tournaments, it has online competition platforms (ArenaGG), it manages events for third parties (such as the eLaLiga Santander for LaLiga and Electronic Arts) and distributes world events such as the League of Legends European Championship (c) in Spanish. Part of the MEDIAPRO Group, LVP also offers event production services, online advertising and audio-visual production covering all aspects of the esports ecosystem.

Mission:

The community manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining the brand's community and covering an esports tournament on social media channels.

Functions:

  • Execute the social media strategy in the assigned channels.

  • Daily regular coverage on various social media accounts.

  • On-site coverage at events 2-3 times a week (mobile photography, interviews, deal with influencers and public figures)

  • Contact with teams, players and content creators.

  • Adaptation of graphics to social networks, from templates.

  • Active listening on social networks and increase interaction with the community (participate in conversations, memes, customer service, interact with partners).

Requirements:

  • Software, apps and tools: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, basic video editing and design tools.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience

  • Qualifications: Graduate or master's degree in communication, marketing, advertising, social networks, journalism or English philology.

  • Specific knowledge: high-level knowledge of video games, especially Shooters (Valorant, CS:GO, Overwatch).

  • Languages: native or high level of English (C1-C2). The selected person will be managing the social networks in English. Additional languages like French, German, Spanish, Turkish and Portuguese will be considered positively.

  • Interpersonal skills:

    • Excellent team working in a virtual and international environment.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, setting the right priorities to meet deadlines.

Contract conditions:

  • Temporary contract with the possibility to extend it if the project is renovated.

  • The selected person has to be located in Berlin.

  • Hybrid working system (possibility of doing 2-3 days of teleworking). It's mandatory to be at the customer's production centre when there's an event.
