This is a hybrid role which encompasses people operations and office management tasks.

Studio Management Tasks:

  • Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls, and forward calls or messages to appropriate personnel or department
  • Welcomes on-site guests and announce to appropriate personnel
  • Monitors visitor access, coordinate schedules and issues badges when required
  • Mail Services - receive, sort and route mail
  • Coordinate lunch and meal services for employees that fit with team dietary needs (and requests as possible)
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies
  • Provide administrative support to departments as needed
  • Maintain common areas such as the canteen and game rooms
  • Snacks and beverage service maintenance to budget
  • Identifying, proposing and executing in optimization across all studio supply vendors
  • Management of studio security (access fobs, door access codes)
  • Liaison with property management and building superintendent when issues arise
  • Management of studio cleaners and periodic maintenance
  • Leadership in event planning and management to budget (with vendors and/or independently)

People Coordination Tasks:

  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
  • Administers health and welfare plans and changes
  • Ensure all processes and programs are compliant with local, state and federal laws
  • Help facilitate our current programs and perks while constantly thinking of ways to improve them and investigating what additional programs and perks we can introduce to help enhance our employee experience
  • Event planning and coordination
  • Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: immigration administration, 401(k) administration, training and development initiatives, offboarding, vendor relations, new hire relocations, compensation, responding to worker’s compensation claims, educating managers on HR process, managing employee relations issues, supporting performance management initiatives and special projects as needed!

Recruitment Tasks:

  • Recruit top talent for all disciplines as requested for given job descriptions including co-op terms
  • Make creative use of social networking sites and applications
  • Utilize KIXEYE’s image assets when making posts to ensure the candidates and user base know the quality of our work
  • Take ownership of the complete cycle of technical hiring, including pre-screening and the interview process
