Are you a F2P Design Expert passionate about big picture thinking? Do you enjoy mentoring and guiding game designers to level up?

We are looking for an Associate Director of Game Design to join our Creative Leadership team, on Candy Crush Saga. In this role, you will help identify and formulate opportunities and gaps for the game teams to solve. Alongside this, you will manage a team of talented designers and help them grow.

Your role within the Kingdom

  • Contribute to Game Design Strategy by identifying opportunities and gaps in the current game ecosystem

  • Clearly formulate problem statements with success criteria for the game teams to solve

  • Mentor, guide and help level up a team of talented game designers to deliver great results.

  • Set a high quality standard for game design within the team by integrating industry best practices and being up to date with market trends.

  • Help refine processes within the team to aid in forward thinking and innovation.

  • Strong design advocate and point of contact for teams within Candy Crush Saga

  • Help analyze feature/game performance, identify improvements and communicate learnings to the team.

Skills to create thrills

  • Extensive F2P feature design and monetisation experience. Bonus points for experience in the puzzle genre.

  • Adept at both big picture and detail- oriented thinking.

  • Data driven design proficiency.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

  • Experience leading diverse teams and being a champion for inclusion.

  • Passion for sharing knowledge and helping others grow.
