Keywords are an international technical service provider to the global Video Game Industry with offices in Dublin, Tokyo, Seattle, Montreal, Singapore and Rome. Working on a worldwide basis, we provide a range of linguistic, testing, and quality control services to Video Game Developers and Publishers alike.

The HR Generalist will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And you’ll also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics.

To ensure success, HR Generalists should exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management and training. Also will be comfortable managing grey areas, effective at scheduling and methodical in the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to understand HR business requirements quickly and implement strategic and HR initiatives to meet business objectives.
  • Ideally have a degree or diploma in business administration, human resources management, or a related field.
  • Able to interpret and implement employee related legislation and strong understanding of Mexican labor law.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage core HR processes such as talent acquisition & management, succession planning, and employee relations.
  • Effective communication skills with individuals and teams at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong English and Spanish written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills.
  • Sound leadership, staff management, and teambuilding skills.
  • Able to work between 2 MX worksite and be onsite 100% when the offices are reopened
  • Experience in administration of MX benefits.
  • Willing to travel to different cities and occasionally to other countries.
  • Able to work in an autonomous environment with a minimum of supervision.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
