The Audio Production Assistant will be responsible for organizing resources and managing schedules both for internal and external resources and studios to efficiently plan the bookings, in compliance with the Lead Audio Production. The Audio Production Assistant will oversee the correct development of daily recordings solving any problems that may take place in the studios.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

  • Control physical access to the studio from actors and sorting them to the recording studios.
  • Booking all the actors for all the recordings that will take place at Keywords Studios Spain’s facilities or external studios.
  • Allocating studios, Creative Directors and Audio Engineers to schedule recordings.
  • Organizing and swiftly communicating updates on daily schedule to Creative Directors and Audio Engineers.
  • Reporting to Audio Project Managers the recording status of projects.
  • Managing all the actors’ details and providing all the necessary info needed to generate the actors’ daily report to social insurance and their monthly buyout payment and payroll.
  • Getting signed, organizing, sorting and keeping track of all the documentation related to actors’ NDAs and Releases.

Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of the Windows operating system environment as well as Excel and Word.
  • Good command of the local language and culture as well as of the English language.
  • Familiarity with the video games market (publishers, developers, platforms, etc.).
  • Excellent Spanish language skills and capacity to communicate in Spanish in a clear, concise, professional, and effective manner.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving workflows and new tools.
  • Some experience in Administrative, Production and/or Coordination positions (experience in the Audiovisual market and/or recording studios is a plus).
  • Able to communicate in English (Cambridge B1 or equivalent is a plus).
  • Knowledge of employment law (is a plus)-
