Candidates will be building relationships and securing coverage with international media and influencers that cover the video games sector.

Additional responsibilities include regular coverage tracking for our client roster. First drafting of press releases to submit for feedback to the Account team. Assisting in the distribution, reporting, analysis and evaluation of PR campaigns.

As a Plan of Attack advocate, always act courteously and professionally in email exchanges, at trade shows and during dialogue with media contacts and clients. Ability to write emails and client communications coherently, free of spelling mistakes and in the recommended type font and size.

University educated. A passionate interest in video games and the games industry. An avid watcher of streamed or VOD video games content on YouTube and Twitch. Interest in a variety of games from AAA to indie releases, including knowledge of which influencers cover what. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Highly organised with excellent planning & analytical skills.

Candidates must be highly motivated, self-starters with experience or a strong interest in video games, media and influencer relations, campaign strategy and writing. As we have a remote office setup, the candidate must exhibit the necessary discipline and diligence required to successfully achieve work objectives without micromanaging.
