Influence is a cutting edge marketing and management agency. The company is currently in its second year, with nearly 30 exclusive gaming talent and 35 social media influencers. Influence has worked with every brand in the game from Pepsi to Riot. Inf1uence's key selling points are its top-notch team of industry veterans and proprietary tracking software that provides some of the best campaigns in the business.

We’re looking to hire someone passionate about esports and gaming. This position is currently remote but for LA residents we have an office that will become accessible after the COVID-19 crisis ends. This position is currently Work From Home and allows flexibility in both location and schedule. After a trial period, there will be a possibility to be hired on full-time given a mutually positive work experience. Responsibilities/Tasks:

  • 20-30 hours per week
  • Directly support the Head of Talent, and Head of Inbound Relations in marketing and sales efforts
  • Coordination of marketing documentation and creative assets for marketing campaigns and sales efforts
  • Creation of a weekly report summarizing the events of that week relevant to both Influence and esports as a whole
  • Provide creativity and insight across all campaigns
  • Remain fully informed about Inf1uence’s teams, talent, partners, and campaigns
  • Research and recommend new marketing opportunities
  • Learn, update, and enforce industry best practices

Requirements:

  • Have a deep passion for and understanding of esports/gaming
  • Be knowledgeable about influencer marketing and other forms of digital content marketing
  • Be a fan of Twitch, Youtube, and other content platforms as well as gaming itself
  • Proficiency in G-Suite, Photoshop or Illustrator, and Excel
  • Ability to produce high quality decks for internal use or external sales
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Have a basic understanding of marketing fundamentals: CPMs, ROI, etc.
  • Superb understanding of the influencer marketing industry
