Your Mission

Infinity Ward is seeking a talented Senior Producer with significant experience to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. This position will have a strong focus on managing remote art teams and coordinating with producers and art directors to ensure a high-quality product, with an emphasis on risk management and task scheduling.

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the development team - including remote art teams - to plan, manage and execute the production of Call of Duty games, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Work closely with the art directors to shape the vision and direction of the game's art, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with remote art teams, ensuring clear communication and a shared understanding of project goals and requirements.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the development team, art directors, and other departments, including QA.

  • Manage risks and anticipate potential roadblocks, making proactive decisions to ensure the project stays on track, particularly with respect to art production and other critical areas of the project.

  • Develop and implement project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to ensure efficient and effective risk management and task scheduling.

  • Provide regular status updates to the development team, stakeholders, and management, highlighting risks, issues, and successes.

  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow and achieve their goals.

Player Profile

Minimum Requirements:

  • Significant experience in AAA video game production, with a track record of delivering high-quality products on time and on budget.

  • Deep understanding of the video game development process, especially in art, design, and QA.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to success.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.

  • Proven ability to manage risks, anticipate potential issues, and develop contingency plans to minimize their impact on the project timeline, budget, and quality.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with grace and efficiency.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

  • Proficiency in English is a must-have skill for this position, while fluency in Spanish would be an added advantage.
