Unreal Engine Workflow Specialist

We're looking for experienced Unreal Engine developers to join a well-paid remote team.

You'll be implementing and working through a wide variety of real Unreal Engine tasks spanning level design, Blueprints, lighting, materials, physics, animation, UI, performance optimization, and more. Strong intuition for how things work under the hood and the ability to communicate your thinking clearly are just as important as technical skill.

What we're looking for:

• Strong hands-on Unreal Engine experience across multiple domains (portfolio or shipped work required)
• Comfortable working through problems and articulating your reasoning
• Reliable, detail-oriented, good written and verbal communication
• Comfortable working independently on a remote freelance contract
