Your Mission

As a hands-on Project Manager for a central services Marketing and team, you will be accountable for building, maintaining and optimizing a central delivery process and business outputs, bringing expertise to the Marketing and global operations functions.

As an individual contributor, your work will impact and influence multiple business goals. You will work closely with Marketing leads to establish best operating practices for efficient delivery, communication and decision making.

Areas for Impact

As the sole Project Manager in the Marketing division, you’ll be trusted to design and build Marketing workflows from the ground up, implement effective tools and processes, and ensure we are working smarter and with more velocity. You will be central to our success through driving the team to deliver a full program of prioritise and smart work leading directly to business success.

You will understand and connect the work we do every day to the strategy of the company, ensuring we are able to adjust, simplify and improve at every level. You will eliminate unnecessary processes and establish standards while creating mechanisms and predictable procedures.

We'd like to hear from you if you identify with the following:

  • You possess a solid understanding and experience of Project Management Lean / Agile frameworks and principles.
  • You have the ability to understand complex systems, relentlessly managing risk landscape, anticipating and mitigating issues.
  • You are a skilled delivery manager, able to encourage and motivate teams and guide them from external distractions, enabling them to produce the most effective work and deliver to their best ability.
  • You have expertise facilitating and leading continual planning processes in a commercial environment, with solid understanding of business requirements, timeliness, quality, and delivery of solutions.
  • You have proven experience on achieving goals and hitting deadlines, based on company-wide objectives, regardless of obstacles.
  • You have an ability to facilitate, catalyse and lead change, drawing on change management, culture, development and systems thinking.
  • You have excellent communication skills, ability to listen with empathy and enable people to act by increasing insight.
