The Fan Data Analyst will be responsible for aggregating data from many sources, building reports and supporting our Ticket Sales & Marketing Operations. You will be a valuable member of the Fan Data & CRM team, and the work you do will directly accelerate the growth of our acclaimed Ticket Sales and Partnership businesses. Your addition to our team will allow you to help all of the HBSE brands with ticket growth, sales, digital marketing, and radio marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Craft, Execute and deliver Reporting/Analytics that provide insights into:
    • Digital, Social, Sales, In-Arena Fan Interactions
    • Ticket Sales Effectiveness
    • Marketing Campaign Management
    • Lead Management
    • Fan Engagement
    • Fan Database health and growth
  • Data mine our extensive database to deliver targeted audiences to enable ticket sales, marketing, partnership and other efforts
  • Actively explore our marketing, sales and client data to identify business opportunities
  • Enable test & learn capabilities
  • Track campaigns and incremental revenue generated by marketing and sales efforts
  • Game Day duties as needed

Qualifications (educational, experience, & basic knowledge requirements):

  • 1-3 years’ experience working with a database in an analytical role
  • Capability to manipulate data from various sources
  • Strong SQL and Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with Salesforce and Adobe products a plus
  • Experience with Tableau a plus
  • Consultant mindset – continually delivering solutions that add value
  • Team Player, all-hands on deck mentality
  • Interest in growing a career in sports & entertainment
  • Ability to work across all HBSE brands including basketball, hockey, esports, and event venue operations

Working Conditions:

Travel Requirements:

  • Camden, NJ is home base. Travel to Newark, NJ up to once a week. Other travel < 10%

Physical Demands:

  • This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment:

  • May be expected to work events that may take place on evenings, weekends and holidays
