We’re looking for a passionate, friendly associate brand manager who loves building audiences around video games.

With your primary focus on community development, you will work directly with the founder to cultivate an audience and community for Gylee Games.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy that supports both the studio as a whole and our individual titles.
  • Produce regular Twitch streams with the team and outside influencers
  • Maintain and grow the Gylee Youtube channel
  • Schedule and execute a social media calendar
  • Actively contribute to growth of new start up studio. Demonstrate a willingness to give and receive feedback, collaborate with others to share techniques, ideas, and contribute to a positive working environment.

  • Marketing Expertise: Has a good understanding of the full marketing mix. Demonstrates an ability to learn new markets quickly, and can adjust to changes in market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
  • Innovation/Creativity: Not afraid to try new things. Demonstrate ability to come up with creative ideas and/or elicit creative ideas from others
  • Analytical and quantitative skills including the ability to use customer data and KPIs to back up intuition and assess marketing programs
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills
  • A passion for video games
  • An understanding of social media and content execution
  • An ability to grow and manage mutiple content channels
  • An inate ability to communicate and apply marketing copy
  • Basic Photoshop knowlege
  • Kind, thoughtful and collaborative
