About the role:

The Social Media & Community Manager will be a key member of the Grilla team by providing high-end social engagement and consumer support across all of our brand accounts. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, innovative, eager to improve Grilla’s outreach, and have a proven track record of past social media management within the esports industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of Grilla’s social brand accounts ensuring day-to-day output on all applicable channels.
  • Build & manage social strategy, as well as quarterly calendar for the brand.
  • Work cross functionally with operations, design, and marketing teams ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Analyze critical community engagement metrics and implement a solution-based approach to ensure performance and growth.
  • Ensure on-brand messaging across all social channels.
  • Ability to manage a team of social media specialists.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with Social Media Management
  • Deeply embedded in multiple ecosystems within competitive esports communities with an understanding of up-to-date social media trends
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support Grilla operations
  • Proficiency with:
  • Social media and community engagement sites: Twitter, YouTube, Tik-Tok, Snapchat, Instagram, Meta, Twitch, Discord etc.
  • Social media management platforms (Sprout, Hootsuite, Zoho Social)
  • Microsoft Office suite
  • Google Slides, Google Documents, and Google Sheets
