GreenPark's VP of Community & Growth will lead and inspire a best-in-class team and work with marketing partners to attract the largest diverse group of fans in the world. Reporting into the Chief Strategy Officer, you will work with the community and growth team to establish goals, make quick decisions, and help implement important strategies allowing growth for our brand and authenticity across a growing audience of esports, sports, and web3 interested communities. Additionally, in early summer 2022 GreenPark will launch official league NFT collections. You'll be accountable for delivering and iterating on the marketing strategy for these digital collectibles that offer future in-game integration and utility. You will be successful in this role if you have a strategic mindset and are a hands-on leader with experience in growing and scaling audiences.

About The Role:

  • Lead the iteration of overall GreenPark brand direction, working with GreenPark's executive team, marketing & PR agency
  • Cultivate current roles and help recruit new positions to the team, including one dedicated to Growth, to help bring fans from across the world into GreenPark
  • Develop and track plans building company-wide marketing programs in digital, social, PR, and partnership marketing across all GreenPark earned and paid channels
  • Oversee all aspects of paid fan acquisition for GreenPark. You will be accountable for setting aggressive but realistic growth targets and then working through the team to meet these goals
  • Select and manage partners/vendors
  • Optimize creative performance, working in collaboration with Analytics, Product and Business Development
  • Oversee and report on all marketing analytics, performance, and sentiment, including dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analysis
  • Create and pitch main marketing opportunities to executive leadership such as league launches, events, and partner opportunities.
  • Guide new grassroots initiative to pair IRL watch parties with GreenPark experience working with teams and team supporter groups
  • Centralize learning and knowledge sharing to expand team expertise and capabilities
  • Iterate and refine current processes, stay current on latest new approaches and improve upon them to make a more efficient and innovative marketing organization

Who You Are/ Qualifications:

  • 10+ years building cross-functional teams, including in global environments
  • Demonstrated experience growing a blockchain-enabled experience, ideally NFT collectibles
  • Deep appreciation for organizational design, as evidenced by past experience collaborating across teams to maximize efficiency
  • Experience growing a social-first product and community
  • Willingness to travel, including internationally
  • Experience managing internal and external teams and vendors
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
