Marketing Agency - Operations Manager - Full time

We are looking for a skilled Head of Creative Operations to create and manage strategies and activations for our most important clients. You will be responsible for leading the Creative team, create high-level strategies, and make sure that deliverables are created according to deadlines and aligned with the clients’ branding and overall strategy. This role is part of the Operations organisation and you will directly report to the COO.

The ideal candidate will be apt in creating long term strategies for both endemic and non-endemic clients, as well as lead a team of creative roles. You will be able to identify needs and requirements of our clients and deliver never-seen-before marketing solutions for them to reach Gamers worldwide.

We are looking for a new team member to join us on a full-time long term contractual basis.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Strategists, Copywriters, Social Media Managers, Designers and more to create activations and campaigns for our clients
  • Project Management of activations and campaigns, to make sure every deliverable is created on time by the Operations team and according to clients’ requirements in relationship with the Client Success Manager
  • Guarantee the quality of the posts, designs and other creative assets creating by the Operations team, and making sure they align with the overall strategy, the client’s identity and together in a cohesive marketing campaign
  • Managing and control budgets
  • Analysing productivity data and optimising staffing and production capacity
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of our industry including challenges and opportunities in the sector
  • Working closely with other heads of departments to improve efficiency
  • Creating and delivering presentations
  • Designing new processes to improve quality or increase productivity or profitability

Requirements

  • Master Degree in marketing, business management, project management
  • 3-5 years experience in a marketing agency
  • Leadership and management skills and the ability to motivate and retain staff
  • Fluent in English
  • Mastering google workspace tools (sheets, doc, drive) or at least mastering Microsoft Office
  • Excellent IT skills and knowledge of any industry-specific software or programmes
  • Commercial awareness
  • Project management skills
  • Strong analytical skill
  • Time management skills
  • No experience in gaming needed but a very STRONG TASTE for video games
  • At least some knowledge about Crypto, NFTs, Web3

Nice to haves/bonus points

  • CRM (Hubspot) and project management (Monday.com) experience preferred.
  • Crypto, DeFi, GameFi knowledge/experience.
  • Marketing, communication or PR agency experience.
