We are looking for an Account Manager with excellent project management skills to joins us, and be responsible for overseeing key esports partnerships within the motorsport gaming world. You will be leading on project management and delivery (start to finish) and be the key business contact for the client. You will liaise and organise internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, exceeding expectations and ensuring all client and project needs are met.

You will also be the key liaison with any other retained third parties such as individual teams to ensure that all deadlines and deliverables are met.

You will work on identifying key projects metrics, monitor and oversee the progress of each programme while constantly thinking of ways to improve our proposition and product offering.

From the initial agreement stage to the long-term commercial relationship, this role will encompass a vast array of partner management, project management and business development!

In more detail:

work with the internal teams on each tournament rules and structure, production solutions, and event running, all in line with the clients brief and KPI's
work with all third parties on full legal approval of tournament rules and conditions
If the project requires, to oversee the build, design and execution of digital deliverables
liaising with sourcing, and being the main point of contact for talent/ guests
ensure that the marketing and communication teams are fully briefed on each programme, and that we leverage our communities where applicable to support the programme
ensure that any event hosted at the Gfinity Arena is delivered successfully and that we deliver a full turnkey solution for both players and guests. In addition, if we are running an event at an external location ensure that the events team are fully briefed and able to execute as if we are running from the arena
ensure that the esports programme is delivered to agreed budget as laid out in the project terms
In the event that the scope of works changes, work across the Gfinity business to ensure that any change to deliverables is fully costed and signed off
provide regular forecast information and implement business systems and processes as required
drive the strategy for the account and ensure we are tapping into potential opportunities

Who you are:

Comfortable working in a fast paced, agile and ever changing environment
Passion for motorsport and gaming with previous experience working with motorsport clients and gaming titles - desirable
Excellent project and product management skills
Subject matter expert with a genuine passion for gaming plus an in-depth awareness of market and competitor activity
Proven track record of delivering projects from start to finish and working across various internal and external teams and stakeholders
Ability to maintain strategic relationships and build a network of key stakeholders and advocates within partner organisations across all levels
Strong influencing, negotiation and collaboration skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills
able to work independently, juggling and prioritising across workloads and consistently meeting deadlines
Strong attention to detail, yet also showing ability to attend to the key material issues
Positive proactive can-do work ethic with a restless drive for improvement and comfortable working with budgets, managing budgets and realising new revenue opportunities
