Job Description

  • Partner with business leaders to identify L&D needs for the entire organization as well as specific teams, and develop effective solutions to fill in capabilities gaps.
  • Lead the design and implementation of L&D initiatives in Singapore and overseas offices.
  • Drive the curriculum development and delivery of training workshops across all levels of seniority.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives implemented.
  • Support the development of internal processes and an overall work environment that empowers and enables the growth of our staff.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
  • 3-10 years of experience in L&D or related field in HR, with experience in L&D across multiple countries a plus
  • Strong affinity for critical thinking and hands-on execution
  • Effective communication, presentation, public speaking and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter, able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Passion in games a plus
