Job Description:
- Organize and directly implement localization to Vietnamese gamers, test and adjust the function of game products suitable for players.
- Planning, analyzing and implementing activities in the game, store, suitable for the community of gamers.
- Monitor product operations, upgrades, detection and patching. Ensure product quality and operation schedule.
- Work closely with game developers for features, upgraded versions, and bug fixes.
- Coordinate and support Customer Care, through Customer Care and Community department.
- Report to Project Manager.
Job Requirement

- Top Tier university graduate
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of Internet, online products.
- Ability to collect, analyze information, and solve problems well.
- Passion and love to work in the game field.
- Understanding a variety of games and game player behavior.
- Tech savvy. Knowledge of software/hardware/operating system administration for PC/Mobile platforms. Understanding computer networks, telecommunications, equipment and software related to product development and operation.
- Rich Vietnamese vocabulary. Good English.
- Careful, hardworking, detailed, durable, withstand high pressure.
- Honesty, integrity, readiness, responsible and highly commitment in all situations.
