Join our team as Business Analyst!
As a business analyst for Garena your job will be to collaborate with the local team to identify market opportunities and insights related to ways to improve and increase the market offerings in LATAM, be a game changer by helping us keep an eye on the current gamers demand and give us a business based perspective of the future of gaming in your region through the use of advanced tools and the collaboration with the rest of the talented local team.
Your Role:
- Provide business-driven market and product insights for the improvement and development of Garena's products.
- Research, evaluate, and report on current and upcoming products, market trends, consumer behaviour, and conduct SWOT analysis (or similar) for product development in LATAM.
- Forecast, measure, and determine product quality through performance and audience assessments.
- Design insight reports and alert feeds, build internal repositories and processes to collect and process market intelligence
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Experience working with digital or massively distributed products
- Analytical with a good understanding of sales, consumer insights, digital products and has experience producing insights to improve product performance and/or acquire new products
- Strong affinity for critical thinking and problem-solving
- Self-starter, able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Excel and statistics
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Spanish
- Experience working in the mobile app industry is a plus
- Passion for games is a plus!
