Job Description

We’re are looking for...

We continue to hire at Gameloft at a rapid pace and with that growth comes necessary change to our day to day work and technology landscape. We’re seeking for a culture builders and curious thinkers looking to co-author the next change management chapter for Gameloft.

We’re growing, majorly expanding our team across all studios while also implementing latest technology and business solutions. Joining now means helping to shape the global change strategy, communication approach and taking part in bringing change across all our locations

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with product teams to understand the roadmap and scope of technology enhancements or process improvement
  • Work closely with Digital product portfolio to understand, prioritize and implement strategic changes
  • Approach projects with an end user readiness mind-set, considering the impact on all end users
  • Lead and develop comprehensive change impact assessments and strategic business readiness plans (e.g., communications, training, knowledge sharing, policies) to ensure end user readiness
  • Provide content and messaging direction to Corporate Departments based on request
  • Collect end user feedback and adopt the change approach to reflect the different needs
  • Deliverables: Change Delivery Plan, Change Impact Assessment, Training Approach & Needs Analysis, Personas & Stakeholders Engagement Model, Stakeholder List, Communication Approach, Plan & Content, Business Readiness Checklist, Adoption Approach & Plan, and End user Questionnaires.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience supporting change management efforts, providing consulting or strategy expertise, or doing similar roles on cross-business and/or global initiatives
  • Independently develops creative approaches and frameworks to solve issues and deliver realistic solutions based on analyses
  • Highly organized, independent and able to deliver timely execution while being agile to adopt to different situations
  • Able to drive ideas from start to end
  • Structures, designs, and prepares well-written documents and trainings with minor guidance
  • Helps maintain team morale even under any circumstances
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; and Visio, Tableau, MS Project, JIRA is a plus
  • Interest or experience working in Human Resources or with HRIS systems is desired but not required
