WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

Main challenge

As a procurement specialist, you will join a very dynamic team under construction and support a variety of cross-functional and cross-location projects. You will handle the sourcing and purchasing of a large array of products and services related to the work environment and the production of our games. You will get the opportunity to work on projects over spend categories ranging from IT Hardware and software licenses, freelancer contracts to travels, development equipment logistics and be part of the development of the influence of the Procurement Team worldwide.

What it means on a daily basis

  • Lead one or multiple spend category : Be the entry point of any discussion with the suppliers. Create and deploy category strategy(ies) and search for optimization projects, Interact and liaise with procurement counterparts within the studio and with key internal stakeholders

  • Lead procurement activities within which but not limited to: sourcing, negotiation, supplier relationship management and cost optimization

  • Support and be an active contributor to the Gameloft group procurement strategy by mastering and enforcing the use of different tools (ERP - Workday/ savings reporting) and support any continuous improvement initiative,

  • Understand and leverage the company’s dynamics and culture to contribute to the Purchasing Team’s goal of creating value through global unified processes

Qualifications

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 3 to 5 Years’ experience (long-term contract) in procurement across different categories as IT (Software, Hardware, cloud solution) and/or Marketing (Influence), in the gaming industry or related fields.

  • You are fluent in English, and proficient in Spanish would be a plus

  • You are proficient in MS Suite with advanced skills in Excel and Powerpoint.
