- Research and analyze market trends and customer needs.
- Design the company's marketing strategy.
- Define and monitor departmental objectives and metrics.
- Implement the strategy in coordination with sales and customer success departments.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary marketing team.
- Manage and control the execution of the marketing budget.
- Analyze the performance of the implemented strategies and propose improvement actions.
- Collaborate in coordination board of directors and other departments of the company.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in similar positions.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in the design and implementation of marketing strategies as Director in B2B SaaS companies.
- Experience in team management.
- Experience in the implementation of Inbound marketing strategies.
- High organizational capacity and accustomed to the use of task management tools for teams (Asana, Trello, Wrike ....).
- Previous experience in metrics management. Great capacity for analysis.
- English: Very high level of spoken and written.
- Advanced management of CRM software and marketing automation (ideally Salesforce and Pardot).
- Advanced use of software for text editing, presentation and spreadsheets.
