Your role

FunPlus is currently looking for a cheerful and proactive Office Manager, to serve as the go-to person to ensure the office runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities

  • Office expense management coordinating with Finance team

  • Weekly office grocery shopping

  • Maintenance of the office and its facilities

  • Schedule meetings and appointments

  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment

  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs

  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary

  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment

  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time

  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, suppliers, etc, with the support of the Legal team

  • Manage office budget by coordinating with the general manager.

  • Onboarding process for new hires and offboarding process

  • Address employees' queries regarding office management issues (e.g. hardware, travel arrangements)

  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences

Your profile

  • 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant

  • Preferably, previous experience in the videogames industry.

  • Highly organized and self-motivated person

  • Fluency in Spanish and English

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
