Your mission as part of our team:
As one of our first Campaign Managers, you won’t just run campaigns - you’ll help build the playbook, shape the processes, and influence how campaign management evolves at Frogge 🚀 As part of your day-to-day, you will:
Own end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns and programs across YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Kick, and Instagram, from onboarding, to campaign execution, monitoring, and post-campaign reporting.
Curate, vet, and manage influencers, ensuring brand fit, audience alignment, and campaign performance expectations.
Negotiate creator rates and campaign deliverables while maintaining campaign profitability and good agency margins.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure flawless influencer campaign execution and reporting.
Manage creator contracts, briefs, scripts, content guidelines, and full compliance with client requirements and goals.
Oversee and manage campaign optimization in real-time.
Track campaign performance against KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, CPA, ROAS).
Deliver post-campaign reporting, insights, and recommendations to colleagues from different internal teams.
Maintain strong relationships with creators and talent managers to execute creator activations at scale.
Document processes and contribute to scalable campaign playbooks as the business grows.
What sets you up for success:
2+ years of experience managing influencer marketing campaigns, ideally across Twitch, Youtube, Kick, TikTok, and Instagram.
Strong understanding of creator-led content formats and performance metrics.
Experience working directly with creators, talent managers, and/or influencer agencies.
Excellent campaign management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple live campaigns simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail across contracts, briefs, content guidelines, and campaign reporting.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track KPIs, analyze results, and optimize campaigns in real time.
Strong communication skills and the capability to manage expectations with both clients and creators.
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership over campaign success and client satisfaction.
Passion for the creator economy, social platforms, and emerging content trends.
Fluent English language skills - both in speaking and writing.
You're comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven agency environment.
