About the position:

We are looking for HR Generalist for Flying Wild Hog – Kraków. If you are an experienced and self-motivated team player who wants to help us create a Hog's culture, manage core HR activities like recruit new Hogs and work with leaders at varying levels of the organisation then send your CV and join us!

Responsibilities:

• Conducting recruiting processes
• Working closely with leads to define recruiting strategies and plans
• Managing end-to-end onboarding process for new hires
• Leading and/or actively participating in HR projects
• Taking on various HR roles in order to support the employees (as a recruiter, coach, mediator or business partner)
• Supporting employees on a daily basis

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in HR field
• University degree is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think independently, out of the box and proactively solve problems
• Very good practical knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
